Described by BMW as, "a retail installment sales contract with a balloon payment," how does BMW Select Financing work compared to an auto loan from a Marion lender? Here are the basics:

• When you purchase your vehicle and the monthly payments are being calculated, a portion of what you owe will be due as a balloon payment at the end of the loan term. The amount will depend on the estimated future market value of a financed vehicle, creditworthiness, and contract terms.
• Enjoy smaller monthly payments similar to the ones you make with a lease. 
• When your loan term is up, you can refinance the final balloon payment or pay it in full

BMW Select is not available in the following states: IL, NC, ND, NH, PA, TX, and WV.

Different from the BMW Select program, BMW Owner's Choice is only available in Illinois, Texas, and Georgia. It works much like the BMW Select program but offers the security of owning your vehicle outright from the beginning. The balloon payment at the end is calculated the same way it is for BMW Select.
